  • 1 Nashrock meets with the client to consult and discuss the role and the ideal candidate including key professional / personal attributes.
  • 3 Nashrock presents initial research and shortlist to Client for discussion. Following initial consultation, Nashrock approaches a small number of mutually agreed suitable individuals.
  • 5 Nashrock ensures successful on-boarding of the new candidate within the client organisation, including short-term monitoring and feedback.
  • 2 Nashrock undertakes a tailored research approach along with our existing market knowledge to approach and produce a focused and precise candidate catalogue.
  • 4 Nashrock manages candidates through the interview process, challenging expectations and negotiating packages through to orchestrating successful resignation.
