Claims Administrator


Description

Working for a multinational Insurance company who are seeking a Claims Administrator to provide admin support to the Claims Handling Teams to assist workflow by providing an efficient and proactive service to all key stakeholders.

The Role

  • The creation of electronic Claim files
  • Payment process for Structural Defect Claims
  • Organisation and maintenance of the Structural Defects inboxes
  • Distribution of emails/post to the assigned Claims handler
  • Execution of the daily diary taking direction from the Claims handlers
  • Location: London / Hybrid working
  • Salary: £30,000pa

About You

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Good numeracy and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Good computer skills including Outlook, Excel
  • Previous experience of working in an admin role to support team efficiency
  • Previous administrative experience in an insurance environment would be advantageous
