Claims Administrator
Description
Working for a multinational Insurance company who are seeking a Claims Administrator to provide admin support to the Claims Handling Teams to assist workflow by providing an efficient and proactive service to all key stakeholders.
The Role
- The creation of electronic Claim files
- Payment process for Structural Defect Claims
- Organisation and maintenance of the Structural Defects inboxes
- Distribution of emails/post to the assigned Claims handler
- Execution of the daily diary taking direction from the Claims handlers
- Location: London / Hybrid working
- Salary: £30,000pa
About You
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
- Good numeracy and communication skills – verbal and written
- Good computer skills including Outlook, Excel
- Previous experience of working in an admin role to support team efficiency
- Previous administrative experience in an insurance environment would be advantageous
