The Company

A leading Insurance company are seeking a professional Claims Processing Assistant.

The successful candidate with actively support the Claims Processing team as well as Claims Handlers in relation to payment of Claims and provide a customer focused service via telephone and email.

The Role

  • Responsible for providing assistance to the Claims processing team as well as Claims Handlers
  • Scrutinise Members Claims and raise corresponding credit notes
  • Process 3rd party invoices and recoveries
  • Update Member / Supplier contact details
  • Location: Hybrid working / City based
  • Salary: up £30,000pa

    About You

  • 1+ year Claims administration experience ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Self- motivated with a pro-active approach
  • Professional yet friendly approach
