We are partnered with a well-established Lloyd’s Broker based in the City who are looking for a Claims Technician reporting to the Claims Manager within a dynamic and growing team.
- Using Excel to undertake reconciliation processes relating to claimsbordereau and bank statements.
- Processing bordereau and identifying deficiencies and undertake the appropriate adjustment.
- Reconciling bank statements against bordereau and using your Excellent intermediate Excel skills with ability to manipulate data (such as Formulas, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP’s).
- Provide superb customer service combined with Claims excellence to meet customer needs and ensure customer retention.
- Ability to manage and achieve required deadlines and manage stakeholder engagement accordingly.
- Strong organisational skills, to work effectively under pressure adhering to deadlines.
- Utilise effective written and oral communication skills to share information.
- Experience of administration and/or processing within a claims environment is desirable, as is good working knowledge of insurance claims systems and general claims principles and procedures.
- Experience of working with formulas and formatting within MS Excel.
- Good communication skills and be able to liaise with Brokers, Underwriters and clients alike.
