Commercial Account Handler


Description

The Company

You will be working for a highly reputable, well established and successful company who provide Insurance solutions to their valued clients. This nationwide company have multiple office in the UK, however, you will be based in their Essex office and joining their commercial team – hybrid working options available.

The Role

  • Provide an excellent, professional and tailored service to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify suitable opportunities for existing policyholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients, insurance providers and brokers.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and generate leads.
  • Process quotations, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and complaints.

About You

  • You will have 2 years plus experience of working within Commercial Insurance.
  • Working towards CII unless already obtained. Experience in using Open GI.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good relationship building skills.
  • Good communications skills.
