The Company
You will be working for an a family-owned, reputable and indpendent Insurance Broker who are looking to add an Commercial Account Handler/Executive to their team. They have been successfully established for over 50 years and have a good reputation within the market, who provide business and personal insurance to their valued clients. This role has a hybrid working pattern, which is beneficial to individuals seeking a balance between office and remote working.
- You will be managing a portfolio Commercial SME Clients (Commercial Combined, Property, Property Owners Liability & PI)
- Responsible for renewals, ensuring that a high retention level has been met
- Responsible for assisting with new business quotations
- Cross-selling relevant insurance products
- Be a main point of contact for customer enquiries
- Attend client and insurer meetings when required
- Providing assistance to other team members
- Provide an exceptional level of service to clients
- Issuing documentation, mid-term adjustments and any policy changes.
About You
- You will have minimum of 8 years of experience of Commercial Insurance experience
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and confident with speaking with clients
- Ideally you will be Cert CII or working towards this
- Good organisation and IT skills
