Customer Service Co-ordinator

The Role

  • Provide key support and guidance to all our clients, new and existing, ensuring that they receive an excellent level of service managing and maintaining their business needs.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, pro-actively engage with clients to provide information, present solutions efficiently & clearly to achieve top level client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and customers.
  • Investigate customer queries and complaints ensuring that they are resolved in the best possible way.
  • Ensure customer SOP’s are kept up to date.
  • Regular engagement with the operations team.
  • Ensuring client and customer service levels are maintained to the highest possible standard.

About You

  • Experience in freight forwarding is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • You will have good attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
