The Company

A growing Insurance Outfit are looking to recruit Marine Cargo Claims Handler. This is a great opportunity for someone with one or so years experience in a Claims Handler role who is looking for a step up and lots progression opportunities.

The Role

The Marine Cargo Claims Handler will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound claims queries
  • Liaising with clients and Insurance companies
  • Advising clients about Risk Management
  • Producing accurate claims reports
  • Maintaining Compliance procedures for FCA Regulation
  • Adhering to company service standards and objectives

About You

  • 1+ years experience within a Claims Handler role
  • MUST have Marine Cargo experience
  • Lloyd’s and London Market experience
  • Cert CII qualified or willing to study towards in the next 18 months
