Operations Manager (Property Technolgy)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop our field-based teams, working to best practices and achieving targets to ensure we meet our company goals. You’ll work closely with our Senior Digital Surveyors to drive performance, quality and purpose throughout the teams, ensuring our service delivery is of a consistently high standard and can scale globally.

THE ROLE As our Operations Manager, you will:

? Build, develop and optimise the operational capability and team for London

? Ensure maximum productivity and performance within the team by continually monitoring performance against targets, and partnering with our Scheduling Team to propose creative solutions to scheduling challenges;

? Continuously improve and iterate our processes and standard to ensure quality is maintained;

? Act as a brand ambassador, proactively working with our partners to build relationships, support and provide solutions.

? Be responsible for all hardware and software used by our Digital Surveyors to ensure everything is accounted for and is optimised to the best of its ability

? Ensure the onboarding and training of our Digital Surveyors are as efficient as possible and continuous development is built into our processes.

Job requirements To succeed in this role you need to be target-driven, flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, challenging and constantly evolving team environment. You’ll have a mix of strategic leadership thinking and day to day operational improvement thinking along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with our partners and customers.

Alongside a strong background in people management, you will need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty in developing new processes, policies and methods of working as we scale the business.

You must:

? Have a minimum of 3 years experience in leading operations teams or departments

? Have at least 3 years of experience of people management;

? B2B and B2C service experience;

? Exceptional time management skills;

? Excellent interpersonal skills;

? Be comfortable solving and implementing solutions to complex problems

? Comfortable with change and able to balance competing demands and priorities. Ideally, you:

? Are digitally literate and excited by technology;

? Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
