Part-Time Payroll Specialist


Description

The Company

A growing Insurance Brokers based in London are recruiting for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to take on the Monthly Payroll Duties. This job will require working 3-4 days a month.

The Role

  • To take full responsibility for management of the monthly payroll
  • Act as the company pensions administrator
  • Prepare and process the monthly payroll using ADPiHCM2
  • Analyse the monthly time and attendance data and manage any additional ad hoc payroll related duties
  • Ensure that all staff are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and their terms and conditions

About You

  • Knowledge and experience of ADPiHCM2
  • System upgrade/implementation knowledge
  • Knowledge of current payroll UK legislation
