Regional Claims Director

The Company

A building solutions company that specialise in home insurance claims. As a company they act on behalf of the policyholder, taking on the insurer representation to ensure the policy holders claim is validated and treated fairly, whilst negotiation the settlements and carrying out the woks on the policy holders behalf.

The company have a presence across the entirety of the UK, and have bee established for almost 13 years.

The Role

As Regional Director you will assume full responsibility for a specific region of the company

The key areas of responsibility include detailed settling of Household Claims in respect of fire, flood, and leaking pipes.

Having full control of the region including responsibility for delivering a targetted value of gross revenue per annum and delivering specified EBITDA levels.

Signing up new customers to the company within your region., developing new business opportunities by networking and working closely with Google Ad specialists. Opening up new business opportunities with Property Management companies, Letting Agents, Insurance Brokers and other main influencers, taking a consultative approach to new business.

Manage claims from cradle all the way through to grave, having full management and responsibility

Represent the company in all dealings with insurance companies and loss adjusters – Attend all meetings with insurance company representatives, including claims validation companies and loss adjusters…whilst understanding policy wordings and being able to challenge all parties on settlement if not considered fair or achievable

Manage supply chain – Ensure all contractors understand the requirements of the company in respect of service and quality. Ensure all contractors have the appropriate contracts in place, fully understand our requirements and have the appropriate insurance in place

Providing updates on agreed KPI’s for the Region.

Ensuring best practice and quality of delivery at all times.

Managing Profit and Loss across the region to ensure KPI’s are reached and profit levels reach the agreed targets.

About You

This individual will need to be highly organized and at the same time flexible to react to business requirements.

It is an exciting role that combines key technical claims handling skills with Sales, Marketing and Financial management.

You will be confident in producing growth into the region whist being dynamic, highly driven, extremely personable and to being able to demonstrate a sound track record of achieving targets whilst thinking outside of the box.

For the right candidate there will be further exciting opportunities within the organization if they successfully achievein this role.

CILA an advantage

At least 5 years minimum claims experience dealing with Household claims , and a detailed understanding of Household Policy wordings is a requirement

Claims Settlement – A full understanding of the process and procedures put in place by insurance companies to settle claims Experience of working in an Insurance Company or as a Loss Adjuster is required as the right person will be dealing with claims from first reporting to settlement and will require experience of claims visits

Buildings – Experience of producing detailed Schedule of Works required at our clients properties. A full understanding of insurers stance in this respect

Whats on Offer

A home-based (field based) opportunity, which offers both basic and commission OTE

Salary (depending on experience) ranges between £40,000 – £55,000 and OTE are in the region of £100,000 per annum
