How does it work?

After the initial registration, we conduct a fully confidential one to one meeting to discuss the candidates current position, reasons for leaving, career aspirations and criteria for their new job. Thereafter, we remain in communication throughout every stage of the process, from initial discussions on suitable roles, through to providing interview preparation, giving all feedback as soon as it is available assisting you in the resignation protocol.
